What you're paying for. Finding hold-eligible inventory, placing the reservation with the airline, the documents, monitoring and support. You are not paying the airline fare, and the fare an airline shows is not our cost.
How long it lasts. The airline sets a payment deadline when it accepts the hold, usually one to three days, sometimes less. We show the exact deadline, and you can schedule creation so it's fresh when you need it.

Questions, answered plainly.
01What is an onward reservation?
A temporary airline booking, a hold, that reserves seats until the airline's payment deadline. It has a real booking reference (PNR) you can check with the airline. Travellers use it as proof of onward travel for airlines, border officers and visa applications.
02Is this a paid airline ticket?
No. A FlyProof is a reservation, not a ticket. No ticket number is issued and it cannot be used to board. If you decide to take the flight, you would buy a ticket separately.
03How long does it remain valid?
Until the payment deadline the airline sets when it accepts the hold, typically between a few hours and three days depending on the airline and route. We show the exact time in My FlyProof and in your email, and the card counts down to it.
04When should I order?
Shortly before you need to show it. If that's more than a day away, order now and choose a creation time: we place the hold shortly before, so it's at its freshest when you need it.
05Can I verify the reservation?
Yes. Open the airline's website or app, go to Manage booking, and enter the booking reference with the passenger's family name. The held itinerary shows until the deadline passes.
06When will I receive it?
The hold is usually placed within a minute of payment. You'll get an email with the booking reference and PDF, and the live card appears in My FlyProof as soon as the airline confirms.
07What if my reservation cannot be created?
We retry with equivalent holdable flights on the same route. If the airline still won't create the hold, you're refunded automatically and told why. We never show a reservation as live unless the airline has confirmed it.
08What information do you need?
Each traveller's name as printed in the passport, date of birth and gender, plus one email and mobile number for the booking. Passport details are only requested when the airline requires them for the hold, and then stored encrypted.
09Can I choose my onward destination?
Yes. Pick an onward airport and choose from the holdable flights, or use Find the best route for me and confirm the flight we propose. The airline and flight are shown before you pay. We can't promise a specific airline because availability is live.
