Terms of service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms apply when you use flyproof.live or buy a FlyProof. The service is provided by FlyProof LLC, 1120 W Peak Ave, Denver, Colorado, USA ("FlyProof", "we").
1. What a FlyProof is
A FlyProof is a temporary reservation (hold) created by an airline, through our booking provider, on a flight you choose. It has a booking reference the airline can look up. It is not a paid ticket, has no e-ticket number, and cannot be used to board unless you pay the airline for it before its deadline.
2. No guarantee of acceptance
Airlines, border officers and consulates decide what they accept as proof of onward travel, and whether to let you board or enter. We do not guarantee that a FlyProof will be accepted. Our travel information, including Trip Check, is a research aid based on official sources and is not legal advice.
3. Your responsibilities
- Enter traveller details exactly as in the passport. Holds cannot be renamed.
- Use the reservation truthfully. Do not alter it or present it as a paid ticket or boarding pass.
- Check the entry requirements for your trip with the official sources.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown before you pay and is charged by Stripe. Discount codes are applied at review and cannot be combined unless stated.
5. Creation and validity
We ask the airline to create the reservation as soon as you pay, or at the time you scheduled. The airline sets how long it stays held, shown on your pass, and releases it automatically afterwards. We do not control airline decisions, schedule changes or early releases.
6. Refunds
If the reservation cannot be created, you are refunded in full. Other cases are covered by our refund policy.
7. Arrival Pulse
Arrival Pulse is a flight-derived forecast of arrival waves. It is not an official airport service and does not predict or guarantee waiting times.
8. Partners
Partner referrals are governed by the rules on our partners page. Commission is earned on successful orders and reversed on refunds.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, denied boarding or visa decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Questions: support@flyproof.live.
