Write to support@flyproof.live and include your order reference (it starts with ONW and is on your confirmation and in My FlyProof). Never send passport scans or card numbers by email.
Corrections to travel information
If a destination page, guide or Trip Check result is wrong or out of date, email support@flyproof.live with the page address and, if you can, the official source that shows the current rule. We check it against the source and update the page and its review date. See our editorial policy.
